2. TOPIC
This Commercial Communication and Electronic Message Permission Agreement includes information about the promotion, marketing, advertising, campaigns, promotions and innovations regarding the products and services to be offered by VERISAY İLETİŞİM VE BİLGİ TEKNOLOJİ SAN TİC LTD ŞTİ ("SELLER") to the BUYER. It regulates the terms and conditions regarding the granting of permission required for all kinds of commercial communication using electronic communication tools (e-mail, SMS, telephone, etc.), without limitation.
3. COMMUNICATION METHODS
SELLER can reach BUYER via the following communication methods:
- Electronic mail (e-mail)
- Short message service (SMS)
- Phone call
- Messages via social media accounts
- Push notifications
4. SCOPE OF PERMISSION
By accepting this agreement, the BUYER declares that he/she allows the SELLER to send him commercial electronic messages using the above-mentioned communication methods and to have his personal data processed in these messages. The scope of this permission may include:
- Product and service promotions
- Campaigns and promotions
- Customer satisfaction surveys
- New product and service notifications
- Direct marketing activities
5. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
BUYER consents to the processing, storage and use of the personal data he shares with the SELLER in accordance with the purpose of this agreement and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the relevant legislation. BUYER accepts that he has been informed about the purposes for which his personal data will be processed, to whom and for what purposes they can be transferred, the method of collecting the data and its legal reason, and other rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK.
6. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
BUYER has the right to refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without giving any reason. BUYER can use one of the following methods to exercise this right:
- By clicking the "unsubscribe" link in electronic messages
- By calling the SELLER's customer service number
- By giving written notice to the SELLER
The SELLER will process the BUYER's request to reject the message within 3 business days at the latest and will stop sending commercial electronic messages.
7. ENFORCEMENT
This contract enters into force upon the BUYER's electronic approval.
